Field-Based Operations Lead: 6–7 Sites & National Menu

Sixty Eight People Ltd. is seeking a hands-on, field-based Operations Leader to oversee 6–7 sites across the South and South Coast.

You’ll work directly with GMs and the Operations Director to drive standards, performance and consistent service across the estate. You’ll own food development nationally, taking menus from concept to launch, coordinating kitchen teams, GMs and central teams, while turning data into action to improve margins and cost of sales.
