Patient Safety Risk Admin & Data Coordinator

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Risk Administrator to support the Risk Management Team within the Patient Safety Directorate. This 6‑month secondment involves incident reporting, investigations, Duty of Candour and Datix database maintenance.

You will act as a first point of contact for enquiries, help coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records, and ensure data quality standards are met to support safe and well-governed services.
