Construction Project Leader (12-Month Contract) – Portsmouth

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a Building and Construction Project Leader based in Portsmouth for a 12 month contract. You will lead a multi-disciplinary project team on defence and aerospace facilities, delivering CAPEX projects on time and within budget.

You will develop delivery plans, manage risks, prepare cost reports and liaise with clients and design teams. The role requires strong PM experience in facilities management and building services refurbishment.
