Senior PA to Section Head – Global Admin Lead

EMBL-EBI in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Section Head, four Team Leaders and their teams. The role involves high-level administrative duties, diary and travel management, and coordinating meetings, conferences and events both on site and offsite.

You will lead administrative staff, coordinate with colleagues across EMBL and the international scientific community, and help improve processes while handling sensitive information with professionalism.
