Field Sales Manager – Construction & Heavy Equipment

TipTopJob is seeking a proactive, autonomous Business Development Manager to grow our UK footprint from the Midlands or the South, focusing on field-based sales in construction and heavy plant sectors with a strong drive to chase and close new business.

You will report to the Operations Director, build a sales strategy, map target customers, maintain CRM data, and hand off or manage opportunities through to completion; some travel to the Southwest is expected.
