Our client seeks a dynamic Team Leader – Home Condition to guide a team of surveyors delivering stock condition surveys to support asset investment planning and energy efficiency objectives. You will ensure data accuracy, compliance with Decent Homes and HHSRS, and collaborate with senior managers to plan survey programmes.
The role is full-time on a 6-month fixed-term contract, field-based across Somerset with Weston-super-Mare as the nearest office.
