Family Hub Service Administrator – Frontline Support

Barnardo’s in Peterborough is seeking a Service Administrator to act as the first contact for families and partner agencies. The post involves working across multiple Family Hub sites to support children and families with excellent service delivery.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with flexibility to move between hubs as needed. Permanent contract, 36.25 hours/week, salary £25,391–£26,164. Closing date 27 September 2026.
