TikTok is a destination for short-form mobile video. Its Data Center Development team builds data centers and network infrastructure in Europe, using innovation, advanced technologies, and renewable energy to provide infrastructure services that support business growth.

Задачи

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center standardization projects from initiation and planning through implementation, tracking, and closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Establish project governance, roles and responsibilities, reporting mechanisms, and escalation paths
• Manage project scope and change control to align with agreed objectives and priorities

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field, with relevant work experience
• Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Experience in standardization, process improvement, operational excellence, or multi-site/multi-region programs
• Nice to have: experience in network infrastructure, including solutions or project management in CDN and/or telecom-related fields
• Experience in data center delivery, including self-built or colocation projects

Условия

• The role is based in London and manages projects across Europe
• Support data center delivery operations in Brazil, requiring regular coordination with local vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
