Building Services Manager – Secure Sector MEP Liverpool

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting an experienced Building Services Manager for a major secure-sector project in the North West. The role requires ownership of MEP delivery in a live, highly regulated environment with a 50% site-based and 50% office-based split in Liverpool.

Applicants should have a proven track record managing MEP subcontractors through installation, commissioning and handover, and hold EL1/SC clearance. SMSTS and CSCS qualifications are advantageous.
