The Bicester Collection is hiring a People Reporting Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at Bicester Village with 1–2 days in the office. You will deliver trusted workforce reporting, ensure data governance and collaborate across People, Technology and Finance to meet reporting needs.

We seek hands-on experience with enterprise HR reporting, SAP SuccessFactors, Excel and HRIS platforms, plus a strong grasp of data governance and digital tools including AI-enabled solutions.
