Responsibilities
- Manage the full scope of mechanical and electrical installation works from inception to completion
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
- Control budgets, resources, and schedules to meet contractual targets
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of MEP delivery
- Ensure accurate commissioning and documentation in readiness for project handover
Must-have Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager within construction or building services
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Demonstrable ability to manage large-scale MEP packages effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and relevant compliance frameworks
