Your new company The Maintenance Leader is required by a high volume FMCG producer who, through growth, has identified the need for a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor (dependent on your experience level) to work in the team directing daily maintenance activities. The company is always in growth mode, expanding, improving and trying to deliver improvement in the service maintenance gives production and this is a new position within that growth model.Your new role A mix between leadership and on the tools, you will mentor and direct the multi-skilled maintenance team across the site, prioritise issues, plan future work, liaise with production and quality to solve issues, plan repairs and report to the overall Engineering Manager on progress and plans to deliver improvements that you identify throughout the sites. What you’ll need to succeed We can consider an experienced maintenance leader at the higher end of the salary bracket or someone less experienced that needs a level of training but brings the fundamentals at the lower end of the bracket. Maintenance experience, ideally multi-skilled, within a manufacturing or production-based setting, will be essential though.
