Palliative Care Support Assistant (Community)

Marie Curie in Rotherham is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to join the Identification and Support Service. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week, 8 am–4 pm, Monday to Friday) is based at Woodside Community Hospital, offering direct patient contact, home visits, and signposting to hospice and community services.

You will work under the Clinical Nurse Specialist, undertake advance care planning discussions, and support patients and families as they approach end-of-life needs.
