Lead Health & Social Care Worker – Discharge-to-Assess Lead

NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 4 Lead Senior Health & Social Care Worker to join the Discharge to Assess Service Nairn & Ardersier on a permanent basis. You will work flexibly to meet service needs, including rotating shifts to cover 7 days.

The role requires high professionalism, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills to work across multi-agency environments. A current SSSC registration and a driving licence with access to a car are essential.
