Senior Residential Care Lead for Children (Birmingham)

Brook Street in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join children’s residential homes across the area. You will lead shifts, supervise staff and provide high-quality care to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

The role requires confidence in leading shifts, supporting colleagues, safeguarding practice, and flexible working including weekends and sleep-ins. Based across Yardley Wood, Kings Heath, Moseley and Oldbury.
