Senior SENCO & SEND Policy Lead

Hawley Woods School is seeking an experienced SENCO to steer the strategic development of SEND policy and provision across the school. The role coordinates day-to-day SEND support, ensuring each pupil’s needs are understood and met.

You will work closely with staff and external agencies to support individual needs, analyse SEND data, and report progress. A vital role in delivering inclusive provision across education, health, and social care domains.
