Community Health Care Support Worker – Elder Care

NHS Lothian is seeking Health Care Support Workers for the East Lothian Hospital to Home Team. You will join a new dedicated group to support people to stay longer at home, in partnership with local health and social care services.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medication support, meal preparation, and palliative care, in a community setting, with shifts across early mornings and evenings. A full driving licence is essential for this role.
