Healthbridge Direct Limited is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the Marshalls PCN team in Redbridge. The role focuses on safe repeat prescribing, medicines optimisation and improving patient outcomes across four PCNs.
You will contribute to quality improvement, audits and practice training, while working with GPs and the wider MDT to support clinical targets and cost-effective prescribing.
