Senior Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Residential Care

Kisimul Group’s Taigh Aisling Home in Peacehaven is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead and support our learning disabilities care team. You will advocate for residents, deliver person-centred care and oversee key-worker duties, ensuring high standards of dignity and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will help develop care plans, coordinate activities, support training, and maintain accurate records.
