Youth Residential Support Worker: Build Confidence & Belonging

CrossReach in Port Glasgow is seeking a Children’s Worker for our residential home. You’ll be with young people daily, helping with activities, routines, meals, and supportive conversations to build confidence and independence.

You’ll work as part of a team, maintain boundaries, and collaborate with families and professionals. A PVG scheme membership and UK eligibility to work are required; training and development are supported with a broad benefits package.
