Job summary:
Use your complex care experience to help launch new care packages across the North West.
Lead the mobilisation of new complex care packages, helping make sure each package is safe, personalised and ready to go. Use and build your clinical & specialist knowledge through hands‑on experience and specialist training in areas such as medication management, respiratory care, suction, enteral feeding, seizure management and more. Work closely with the individual, their family and wider healthcare professionals to understand what matters to them and build support around their needs and goals. Shadow‑train and support new care teams, helping colleagues develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to provide high‑quality care. Work across different packages and locations, giving you variety and the opportunity to rapidly broaden your complex care experience. Make a real difference from day one – you’ll be there at the start of someone’s care journey, helping establish a support package that enables them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
