Care & Support Specialist — Flexible Hours + Apprenticeship

Cygnet is seeking confident Support Workers to help竪 improve lives at Oaklands, Hexham. You will work 24, 36 or 42 hours weekly across days, nights and alternate weekends, within a specialist residential setting providing care for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will support the team in day-to-day service operations, ensure safe task allocation, and deliver flexible, person-centered care while maintaining a secure and clean environment. DBS check will be required.
