Therapeutic Residential Childcare Worker – Trauma‑Informed

Spark of Genius in Edinburgh is recruiting a Residential Childcare Support Worker (Days) to provide therapeutic, trauma-informed care to children and young people who have experienced adversity. You will support daily routines, prepare for school, and help with education, health appointments and activities.

You will build trusting relationships, contribute to care planning, and work with the team to promote safety and emotional wellbeing.
