Senior Care Team Lead — Resident-Centered Care & Growth

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff in a busy London care home. You will train, supervise and delegate on shift, administer and order medications, and review care plans and risk assessments to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

You’ll liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and residents’ families, upholding dignity and individual preferences.
