We are an admission and day surgery unit for a wide range of surgical specialities. This will give the successful applicant the chance to learn & develop their skills in a wide range of areas and would provide diversity in their day to day working life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for admitting and preparing patients for theatre ensuring that local policy is adhered to, and caring for patients post-operatively
You would be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team under the supervision of a registered nurse within a patient facing ward. This service is planned to remain at Poole site in Spring 2027.
If a role or service relocates as part of a planned move, excess mileage will not be reimbursed. Travel from home to the new work base will be classed as a normal commute. Any other changes will be managed under Trust or national terms and conditions.
