We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children’s Team Manager in Walsall to lead our Children and Families Team. You will supervise social workers, oversee case management, and ensure safety and well-being of children and families within our community.

The ideal candidate holds CQSW or DipSW, is registered with Social Work England, and has strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and collaboration skills to work with partner agencies and drive service improvements.
