We are seeking a caring, committed, and proactiveindividual to join our team in the role of Support for Students. This is avital position within the Academy’s pastoral structure, providing day-to-daysupport for our students’ wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and engagement in Academylife.
Working as part of a dedicated pastoral team, youwill build strong relationships with students and families, act as a positiverole model, and offer both personal and practical support to help studentsovercome barriers to learning. You Will be involved in promoting positivebehaviour, encouraging regular attendance, and supporting students’ social andemotional needs, including making home visits and liaising closely with parentsand carers. The role also includes helping to supervise social times.
