Lead Echocardiographer & QA Lead

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an exceptionally skilled Echocardiographer at Band 7. The role includes developing managerial skills, supporting the training of Echocardiographers, and contributing to a QA programme. Accreditation with BSE (or equivalent) is essential, with opportunity to progress within a forward-thinking department.

There are 12.5% R&R attached and a focus on education, review of junior staff echos, and ongoing postgraduate development where possible.
