Employability Skills Coach & Workshop Leader

AKG UK is seeking an Employability Support Tutor to manage a schedule of workshops, deliver group sessions and provide occasional 1:1 support to learners. You will assess needs, tailor teaching methods, maintain accurate learner records, and work with internal teams to ensure quality and compliance. The role combines on-site delivery across Lincoln and surrounding areas with remote support where needed.

A passion for lifelong learning and experience in employability training are essential.
