OT Functional Assessor – London, High Salary + Training

Gaia Recruitment is helping to fill a WCA Functional Assessor role for Occupational Therapists in London. You will conduct Work Capability Assessments for people applying for health-related benefits and produce evidence-based reports to inform DWP decisions.

The position requires HCPC registration as an OT with at least 12 months post-registration experience, and strong written communication and clinical reasoning. Full training is provided; no prior assessment experience is needed.
