Trauma-Informed Children’s Residential Support Worker

Belmont Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children’s Home Care Worker to join a private organisation providing residential care for children and young people with complex needs, including trauma histories.

This role involves supporting day-to-day care, emotional wellbeing and routines, building positive relationships, safeguarding, promoting independence, and coordinating with social workers and education providers. Shifts include sleep-ins and waking nights on a 2 on / 4 off cycle.
