Flexible Children’s Residential Support Worker (Agency)

Onpoint Care is seeking experienced, compassionate and reliable Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our flexible agency team in Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne and surrounding areas. You will support children and young people in residential settings with daily routines, education, activities and emotional wellbeing, following individual care plans and risk assessments.

Role requires safeguarding knowledge, professional boundaries and clear record keeping.
