Senior Care Lead – Small, Family-Run Home

The Chestnuts, a small, family-owned care home in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support residents and guide the care team. You will lead shifts, provide person-centred care and help maintain a warm, homely atmosphere for 14 residents.

Ideal candidates will have LV3 Health & Social Care qualifications, prior senior care experience and a compassionate, team-focused approach. DBS-ready and training for medication is provided.
