Reablement Support Worker – Flexible Hours (Bank)

Southern Health and Social Care Trust is recruiting for a Reablement Support Worker (Band 3) on a Bank contract. The role supports the reablement service across Craigavon & Banbridge, Newry & Mourne and Armagh & Dungannon with shifts typically Mon to Sun between 8am and 8pm.
