Floating Support Worker – Travel Dorset, Guaranteed Hours

Dimensions is recruiting a Floating Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism across Dorset, including Dorchester and Weymouth. You’ll deliver person-centred care, support independence and build trusted relationships in different services.

This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, paid mileage, and a rate of £14.88 per hour. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, with DBS training provided.
