Community Revenues Collector

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a Revenues Collection Officer to join our corporate recovery team. You will work with colleagues to collect money owed to the council from organisations and individuals, using digital, phone and face-to-face channels to resolve detailed queries.

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, showing empathy, and arranging affordable payments while understanding vulnerability. The starting salary is pro rata for part-time or term-time hours.
