Council Tax Revenues Lead — Hybrid & Fast-Paced Team

Trafford Council is recruiting for a first line manager in the Council Tax team. You will lead a fast-paced group, supervise workload, ensure targets are met, and provide training where needed.

You will review complex decisions/appeals, prepare Valuation Tribunal bundles, and assist with court preparation. The role requires managing complaints, responding to Data Protection enquiries, and deputising for the Team Leader as needed.
