Field Customer Support & Debt Solutions Specialist

E.ON Next is seeking Field Support Agents to join the Field Debt Solutions team. You will help customers resolve debts, support future payments, and find ways to reduce energy consumption while working in a flexible, varied role with opportunities for progression.

You will be equipped with a smartphone, tablet, Body Worn Camera, tools, uniform, vehicle and fuel card, with potential training to install PAYG meters.
