Adult Safeguarding Social Worker – Make a Real Impact

Connect2Halton is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Adults Team at Halton Council. You will undertake safeguarding enquiries, carry out assessments and work with partners to protect adults at risk.
