Student Wellbeing & Behaviour Support Officer

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join a supportive school in Middlesbrough. This role focuses on wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, engagement, and personal development for pupils.

You will build relationships with pupils and staff, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and help manage safeguarding and inclusive practices. A strong safeguarding knowledge and an enhanced DBS are required or to apply.
