Inclusion Support Assistant – Empower Students to Thrive

New College Swindon is seeking compassionate Inclusion Support Assistants to join our Inclusive Learning team. You will support students with SEND and other needs, helping them build confidence, independence and skills to succeed.

You’ll provide personalised support in and out of the classroom, contribute to reviews, and promote participation in college life, working with lecturers and SEND Practitioners to tailor support services.
