Essential Qualifications & Experience

• QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS).
• National Awardfor SEN Co-ordination (NASENCO) (or willingness to complete within 3 years ofappointment).
• Proven EYFSand KS1 Teaching Experience: Deep understanding of early childdevelopment, play-based learning, and foundational primary curriculum.
• Complex SENDExpertise: Demonstrated experience working directly withchildren with complex and diverse special educational needs anddisabilities.
• EHCPKnowledge: Hands-on experience navigating the EHCPapplication process, drafting statutory assessment paperwork, and leadingannual reviews.
