Hybrid HR Assistant — Payroll & Onboarding (6-Month)

Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is supporting a growing organisation in Penicuik to recruit an HR Assistant on a 6-month temporary contract. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) with a salary of £28,000 – £30,000 per year.

You will support the HR team across the employee lifecycle, handle the HR inbox, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, records, payroll administration, Right to Work checks, recruitment admin, and HR projects. Strong MS Office and HR systems experience is desirable.
