Courtroom Operations & Public Service Support Officer

Ministry of Justice – HM Courts & Tribunals Service is seeking Operational Support Officers to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to court and tribunal users, with the role mainly based in the courtroom to help proceedings run smoothly.

You will work as part of a team, handle papers, update records, communicate with the public and professionals, and support court rooms and hearings.
