Junior Defender Builder: Bespoke 4×4 Restorations

Hawk Hiring LTD in Crowborough is seeking a Junior Custom & Defender Builder with 6+ months of mechanical or garage experience who wants to move away from routine main dealer servicing and learn bespoke fabrication, chassis assembly, and 4×4 restoration.

You will work on high-end, precision builds in a supportive workshop, with opportunities to handle full chassis rebuilds, custom modifications, and hands-on use of fabrication tools to restore classic Land Rovers.
