Social Worker: Assessment & Care Management (Hybrid)

City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker for the Assessment and Care Management South East Team in Edinburgh. The role involves conducting needs assessments, working with a multidisciplinary team to balance risk and rights, and providing guidance and interventions as needed.

You will operate within trauma-informed, strengths-based practice and participate in pre-employment checks (PVG/SSSC). Hybrid and home working are available with salary in the £40k–£47k range.
