Flexible Young Carers Support Officer: Wellbeing & Advocacy

The Carers’ Centre in Bath is seeking a dedicated Young Carers’ Support Officer to help families across Bath and North East Somerset. You will support young carers from registration through wellbeing activities, assessments and follow-up support, and collaborate with our Digital and Participation teams.

You will plan and deliver creative youth work sessions, especially those focusing on mental health and wellbeing, manage projects within a budget, and build strong relationships with colleagues,
