Franco’s London on Jermyn Street is seeking a seasoned Junior Sous Chef to join Head Chef Stefano Turconi and our Back of House team. You will help lead service, maintain quality and support junior staff in a fast-paced kitchen.
The role offers approx £48,780–£53,000 per year plus a yearly bonus, with around 48 hours per week and generous holidays. Company-funded training and career progression await the right candidate.
