Hybrid Part-Time HR Assistant

Essential Employment is seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team on a temporary, job-share basis in a hybrid role requiring attendance in Atherstone. The current HR Assistant works Monday to Wednesday, with some flexibility for training and handover.

We welcome candidates with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Prior HR experience is desirable but not essential for this supportive, friendly environment.
