IT Support Technician (1st/2nd Line) – York

Optisoft, based in York, is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our office-based Support Desk Team. You will assist over 500 customers with hardware and software, providing high-quality remote and on-site support as needed.

You should have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, a calm delivery, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. The role is permanent, full-time, with a 8:30am to 5:00pm schedule.
